AXED is the newest addition to Blue Mountain Village! We are a recreational axe throwing venue with licensed bar offering an exceptional axe throwing experience for small and large groups.
AXED Team members will bring the FUN to our experience ensuring that ALL guests leave with a grin from ear to ear! Team members will primarily have one defined role, however everyone will be trained and able to work in each position.
ROLES:
FRONT DESK – Check-in reservations, ensure all guests have signed waivers, ensure all current COVID guidelines are followed, answer phone and book reservations….be the PARTY STARTER!
AXE THROWING COACH – provide safety, instruction, coaching, facilitate games/team building, keep the fun going, encourage, cheer….be the PARTY HOST!!
BARTENDER – responsibly serve guests, manage tabs and be the PARTY HOST and KEEP THE PARTY GOING!
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPECTATIONS:
- Kick axe personality, BIG energy, life of the party!
- STRONG Customer service
- Restaurant/bartending experience
- Coaching experience (not required but AMAZING)
- Smart-serve certified (required), CPR/First-Aid (recommended)
- Committed. Reliable. Punctual. Honest. Ethical.
- Double Vaccinated
- Available holidays…not all but some! We are a resort based business and are open 365 days/year….we will do our best to accommodate requests

Expected start date: ASAP
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday day shift & night shift, some weekends and holidays
